MAX232IDR

Manufacturer: Texas Instruments

Package: 16-SOIC

The MAX232 device is a dual driver/receiver that includes a capacitive voltage generator to supply TIA/EIA-232-F voltage levels from a single 5-V supply. Each receiver converts TIA/EIA-232-F inputs to 5-V TTL/CMOS levels. These receivers have a typical threshold of 1.3 V, a typical hysteresis of 0.5 V, and can accept 30-V inputs. Each driver converts TTL/CMOS input levels into TIA/EIA-232-F levels.

OPA335AIDBVR

Manufacturer: Texas Instruments

Package: SOT-23-5

The OPA334 and OPA335 series of CMOS operational amplifiers use auto-zeroing techniques to simultaneously provide very low offset voltage 5V max, and near zero drift over time and temperature. These miniature, high-precision, low quiescent current amplifiers offer high input impedance and rail-to-rail output swing. Single or dual supplies as low as +2.7V 1.35V and up to +5.5V 2.75V may be used. These op amps are optimized for low-voltage, single-supply operation.; The OPA334 family includes a shutdown mode. Under logic control, the amplifiers can be switched from normal operation to a standby current of 2A. When the Enable pin is connected high, the amplifier is active. Connecting Enable low disables the amplifier, and places the output in a high impedance state.; The OPA334 single version with shutdown comes in; SIZE SOT23-6. The OPA335 single version without shutdown is available in SOT23-5, and SO-8. The OPA2334 dual version with shutdown comes in; SIZE MSOP-10. The OPA2335 dual version without shutdown is offered in the MSOP-8 and SO-8 packages. All versions are specified for operation from 40C to +125C.

TLC27L2IDR

Manufacturer: Texas Instruments

Package: 8-SOIC

The TLC27L2 and TLC27L7 dual operational amplifiers combine a wide range of input offset voltage grades with low offset voltage drift, high input impedance, extremely low power, and high gain.; These devices use Texas Instruments silicon-gate LinCMOS technology, which provides offset voltage stability far exceeding the stability available with conventional metal-gate processes.; The extremely high input impedance, low bias currents, and low power consumption make these cost-effective devices ideal for high gain, low frequency, low power applications. Four offset voltage grades are available C-suffix and I-suffix types, ranging from the low-cost TLC27L2 10 mV to the high-precision TLC27L7 500 V. These advantages, in combination with good common-mode rejection and supply voltage rejection, make these devices a good choice for new state-of-the-art designs as well as for upgrading existing designs.; In general, many features associated with bipolar technology are available in LinCMOS operational amplifiers, without the power penalties of bipolar technology. General applications such as transducer interfacing, analog calculations, amplifier blocks, active filters, and signal buffering are easily designed with the TLC27L2 and TLC27L7. The devices also exhibit low voltage single-supply operation and ultra-low power consumption, making them ideally suited for remote and inaccessible battery-powered applications. The common-mode input voltage range includes the negative rail.; A wide range of packaging options is available, including small-outline and chip-carrier versions for high-density system applications.; The device inputs and outputs are designed to withstand -100-mA surge currents without sustaining latch-up.; The TLC27L2 and TLC27L7 incorporate internal ESD-protection circuits that prevent functional failures at voltages up to 2000 V as tested under MIL-STD-883C, Method 3015.2; however, care should be exercised in handling these devices as exposure to ESD may result in the degradation of the device parametric performance.; The C-Suffix devices are characterized for operation from 0C to 70C. The I-suffix devices are characterized for operation from -40C to 85C. The M-suffix devices are characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of -55C to 125C.
